What a pleasant surprise this was.We could tell it was popular as there were quite a few people seated inside and out, even though the outlet was very quiet.Really lovely food. Not over fussy meals, excellent portions (not too big and not too small) and really well presented.I had the Crispy Chicken & Bacon Salad & my partner had the Turkey and Cranberry Sandwich. Pot of tea for two. Next time we'll try the coffee.Good prices (20 in total) and friendly staff.I forgot to take pics of the menu.We'll definitely return ....... We returned today and opted for the soup and half sandwich combo, once again lovely tasty food and lovely staff. Highly recommend.

I wholeheartedly recommend Katie's Café for a special lunch with its pleasing decor, tasty food and excellent service. All for of us enjoyed the food we ordered. The kid's Afternoon Tea was a wonderful treat for my granddaughter: it makes me smile even now just thinking about the look of delight on her face when it was placed in front of her. The staff were all really lovely and went out of their way to accommodate the four of us at a busy time. The food was really fresh and was served quickly despite how busy it was. It was really refreshing to find such a place to eat lunch that really does tick all the boxes!

Needed somewhere to stop with the kids and saw that this place was easily the busiest cafe on the outlet. For good reason, it seems. The service was extremely professional and they were very ready and able to cater to our son's dairy intolerance. The food was excellent - special shout out to the fries I didn't even realise were coming. My bacon and brie melt was delicious, as were the cakes. They didn't have any dairy free dessert options but they brought over a couple of biscuits and a little packet of sweets for him with our cakes, which was a really lovely touch. Thank you guys for a brilliant experience!

Fabulous place to stop for a bite to eat. Great food, lovely atmosphere and very clean. I had crispy chicken wrap, it was huge with coleslaw and fries all absolutely delicious. Very polite staff very welcoming excellent service, we look forward to a return visit

We went to Katie yesterday it was very nice inside it was very busy. We had 2 bacon barm cakes and 2 cups of tea we found were nice but it is very expensive will we return we will see

Called here for a light snack whilst out and about.I can't recommend Katie's highly enough.Superb food and drinks.The toasted sandwiches are to die for. All freshly made with fillings of your choice. They are well filled and toasted to perfection. The black forest hot chocolate is a treat not to be missed.All the staff are very friendly and welcoming.Great Service from start to finish. Highly recommended.

We've both visited this cafe numerous times over the years. Nice, clean, good menu, staff really helpful. Over the years the food has been great. Went in today 2nd February 2025, the portions have reduced dramatically. I mean to the point of Wow!! it wasn't like this, last time we visited. My jacket potato was really small and side salad was disappointing, usually plentiful. Maybe just an off day.
